They have no customer service representative to speak to. Their products are good, but if you have a problem or need tech-support, you’re on your own. In my case, I purchased two kits for homebrewing and experienced a problem during manufacturing. It appears that the yeast supplied by, Northern brewer was an active and didn’t work. I’m an experienced Brewer and know that my methods are sound. I’ve attempted to reach out to Northern brewer for technical support or possibly reimbursement for the packages to no success. There just isn’t anybody there to respond.
